Delivery: If for whatever reason you aren't satisfied with the images, contact us at
[email protected] or call/text at 816/283-6784. We will take care of your requests and issue a full refund if you're not 100% satisfied!
Invoicing: Payment is due no later than 10 days after the delivery of the real estate media associated with the invoice. Payments made after the "Net 10" period could result in a deposit or payment in full being due when placing future orders.
Rescheduling/Cancellation: A $60.00 rescheduling/cancellation fee will be charged to your invoice if your booking isn't rescheduled/cancelled at least 24-hours in advance.
Copyright Notice: Savage Photography + Design, LLC is the copyright holder of any image it produces. The copyright of an image is not transferred to any other party unless a specific written agreement is made. Licensing may be obtained for various applications of images, please contact us for more details.
Drone Services: The drone pilot has the right to cancel drone services due to weather, FAA restrictions, drone malfunctions, or safety concerns at the pilot's discretion. Drone services are not guaranteed. A full refund for the drone service(s) will be issued upon cancellation.
Photo Rights and Usage (Residential):
The original agent who paid for this service has permission to use these images on any electronic or printed form of advertisement for the promotion of that property. The licensing agreement is valid only for the duration the home/property is listed for sale and cannot be reused without specific written permission.
Images cannot be sold to another agent who takes over an expired or withdrawn listing without notifying the photographer, as the purchasing agent does not own the photographs, but rather the right to use them during the specific term the property is for sale. The purchasing agent may reuse photos if the property is temporarily removed from the market.
Photo Rights and Usage (Commercial):
The original client who paid for this service has permission to use these products for single-client marketing usage only - indefinitely - unless the property is no longer owned by the original purchasing party. These marketing rights extend to all marketing types from inter-office-use to public-use. Examples are printed brochures, billboards, internet ads, websites, direct mail, etc. Resale or loaning to any third parties is prohibited by Savage Photography + Design, LLC, unless otherwise contractually noted. Discounts are available for multi-party purchases if indicated before the scheduled appointment. Exclusive ownership is available for additional fees on case-by-case basis.
